Lace Flower Hair Pin Tutorial

Sunday, June 19, 2011 |
My tutorial for this week was originally shared as a guest post on Craftionary. I'm going to show you how to make this cute little lace flower!!

Supplies:
 -lace
-hot glue
-beads
-felt
-hair pin
-scissors

Steps
Step 1: Cut out 9 pieces of lace along the scallop

Step 2: Trim the edges so they are petal shaped

Step 3: Hot glue five petals down so a circle of felt

Step 4: Hot glue the four extra petals on top

Step 5: Hot glue some plastic pearl beads on top of the sloppy middle of the petals

Step 6: Use another drop of hot glue to attach to the hair pin

And your done! A new cute girly accessory in just a couple of minutes.

I think this flower would also look cute as a shoe clip or on a necklace!

I'll be sharing this with all the link parties in my header including Today's Creative Blog and Christina's Adventures

I love it, and that ideia inspired me to make two flowers and put in a sweater instead of buttons. Thanks Rebecca!
