Dear People Who Don't Wear Pants:
-Leggings are not pants. If they were, they would be called pants. And they are not. Thus, do not wear them as pants.
-If when you bend over in your spring dress/skirt I can see halfway up your uterus, you should probably wear pants. Or leggings. Because leggings are ok when you wear them under short things. But, these short things must actually cover your butt.
Please don't force me to take anymore pictures of me with signs on my scarcely-legging-covered bum. Probably not the best thing to keep posting on the internet.
Pants are ok. They've been around for ages. Don't be afraid to embrace them. They just want to be your friend. And save your tush. And reputation. Because who wants to be known as a No-Pants Pandy?? Not you.
And that's how I feel about people who don't wear pants....

Girl, you forgot to mention that underwear aren't meant to be seen and pants have a waistband for a reason: to go around your WAIST, not your knees.
If I had a dollar for every time I wanted to tell someone that their leggings were not, in fact, PANTS, I'd have a LOT of dollars.

This is hilarious! In fact, if I ever wear leggings (with a long sweater or shirt-promise, no private parts are ever seen!), my husband always tells me that he thinks I forgot pants! It made me chuckle! Thanks for the laugh.

Too hilarious! Sometimes it seems like not only is it too short of a top but the leggings might be a size or four too small?
BAH I HATE LEGGINGS AS PANTS!! I think college girls are the worst offenders of this crime...thanks for not joining their ranks!!!!
Holy bananas, I was JUST complaining about this with the hubs this weekend when we were out shopping!!! It's a national epidemic.
:) I love that you are so honest about this obvious problem!! I ask myself this question every time I see someone wearing leggings as pants! I mean do they know what all you can see?!
I agree with you!! but black leggings are not nearly as bad as WHITE leggings! YES, WHITE! the other day I saw a girl walking with white leggings on, and NO UNDERWEAR, it wasn't hard to tell.. My husband and I nearly died from how hard we were laughing!

OMG! Did you read my mind or my life? I tried to put something in my syllabus this semester announcing that I could ask students who did not wear pants to leave because it's distracting and gross and a message NEEDS to be sent. For some reason, the department head thought it was a bad plan... weird.
Thank you!!! In CA this appears to at epdemic status. I have considered trying to get a bill passed that leggings should not come in anything but small. Ladies, just because something comes in your size- it does not mean you should wear it.
