Dry Shampoo??

This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of TRESemmé for SocialSpark. All opinions are 100% mine.

Have any of you ever tried dry shampoo? I never have....and I think part of the reason why is because I never understood it! I was recently given the opportunity to learn about TRESemmé Fresh Start Dry Shampoo, and I think I understand a little more now!

TRESemmé Fresh Start Dry Shampoo is uniquely formulated to absorb excess oil and remove odor, the full line of dry shampoos rejuvenates hair without a drop of water.
They have a complete line of dry shampoos that revive your style’s look and feel on days you skip a shampoo. It even has a renewing burst of citrus extracts infused into every product so instead of being greasy and smelling, your hair is left clean with a fresh scent!
If you've never tried dry shampoo like me, here are some tips to get started!
1. Shake vigorously before use and in between spray bursts for best results.
2. Lift sections of dry hair and spray lightly at roots
3. Spray in short bursts, holding 8-12 inches from head
4. Don’t spray it like hair spray (all over and continuously)
5. Leave in for 1-2 minutes.
6.  Use fingertips or a brush to distribute product evenly
7.  If clogging occurs, remove nozzle and rinse the nozzle under warm water, then reattach.

Sounds pretty great to me! So if you want to try out dry shampoo, be sure to check out all the Top Hair Products for School!

  1. I did try it and it worked fine. There was just one problem with it. The next time I tried using it the bottle wouldn't spray.

  2. It works great, even for my very fine blonde hair. If I don't wash my hair, it immediately looks greasy and dirty. But because my ends split so easily, I try to not wash/style my hair every day. I've used baby powder in the past, but this works so much better.
