Peanut Butter Blossoms Guest Posting and Life Events

First and foremost, I'm guest posting over at The Small Things Blog today taking part in her cookie exchange! Pop on over to learn how to make these yummy Peanut Butter Blossom cookies:

For anyone visiting from Kate's blog, hello!! For anyone new here and to update my followers, I have a LOT of big life events going on and just thought I'd update you all....

1. I officially graduate college in 11 days. 11!! That's it!! This is so mind boggling to me right now. Thus, if I am a little more absent in this blog for the next two weeks, please forgive me! I've got a bunch of finals and projects all coming up soon. I also want to try to spend as much time as possible with my friends, because I know after college it's going to be so much harder to see them :(

2. I have a job for after college! I will be working full time as the Director of Interactive Marketing for a local real estate company in my town. I'm so excited to have the pressure of the job search over, and that I have a position lined up I'm really excited to work at! My company also allows me to sell real estate on the side, so I'm also in the process of getting licensed to be a real estate agent. This is something I've been interested in doing since a kid, but knew I couldn't do full time right after college, since I'd need to have some sort of steady income. Now I can have both!

3. And speaking of real estate....fiancé and I are getting ready to put our very first offer in on a house! After looking at so many crappy houses....we finally found one that isn't that crappy at all, just needs some DIY updating. So, if you feel like sending any prayers our way that they will take our offer, I would be ever so grateful.

4. I'm getting married in 2 and a half months!!!! Ahh!!! That is so soon! While I have SO many more wedding crafts to do...I'm so excited that it's coming so fast :) Fiancé and I are at the point where we've been dating for over 2 and a half years, we love each other so much, and are just  really ready to be able to share our lives together. Yeah I know. I'm a lovey dovey sap :)

Whew. ok. That's what's going on over here on my end! I just recently got allll of my wedding invitations done, so look for a post on them soonish!

  1. My biggest, fattest prayers are with you to get that house you want! I know that once they take your offer and everything falls into place, you'll feel like a giant weight has been lifted from your shoulders.
A lot of life changes all at once and they are all good. Enjoy it, sugar! And take a million pictures!
