High Protein Dessert Nachos with Love with Food

My subscription with Love with Food recently renewed and I am still LOVING getting this box of healthy snack options delivered to me each month. This month I got a little crazy with one of the snacks in the box and decided to make an epic plate of high protein dessert nachos!

Love with Food is a subscription snack box that delivers snacks that are either all-natural, organic or gluten free to your door each month. Every month there is a new variety of delicious snacks for you to sample and for each box that is bought they make a donation to a food bank! Love with Food is the easiest way to snack smart and do good.

I love exploring all of the new snacks featured in the box each month.  I normally keep the boxes at my desk at work for when I need a little afternoon pick-me up. This month though I did find an interesting new snack I decided to take home and create something a little fun with!

I've tried a few different brands of protein chips but have never seen one that came in a SWEET flavor like this cinnamon french toast flavor so right away I knew that these high protein chips from I Won Organics would make a super yummy plate full of dessert nachos!

To dress the chips up a bit for a plate full of goodness I made two different drizzles (affiliate links included): one by mixing 50g of plain 0% greek yogurt with 5g of snickerdoodle flavored protein powder

And a sweet peanut butter drizzle made by mixing two tablespoons of pb2 powdered peanut butter with caramel flavored skinny syrup

I scooped the greek yogurt mixture into a sandwich bag and snipped off the tip to pipe it out onto the chips and just used a spoon to drizzle the peanut butter mixture on top.

The result? A delicious cinnamon french toast/snickerdoodle/peanut butter flavor explosion full of protein!!!

A plate full of nachos that included one bag of protein chips and the two drizzles was only 342 calories with 23 grams of carbs, 13 grams of fat and 34 grams of protein. Pretty good nutrition stats for dessert!

I wonder what type of new snack I'll discover next month to make something new with again! If you want to try  Love with Food you can get your first snack box for only $12 by using this link.
