Pipe Cleaner Flowers Tutorial

These little cuties are super easy to make. Probably a good activity you could do with kids too. Let's learn how!

Supplies:

-Pipe Cleaners
-Wire Cutters
-Cute little vase

Steps:

Step 1: Make a small coil at the end of your pink pipe cleaner.

Step 2: Tuck the tail end of your coil under the previous roll in the coil.

Step 3: Start forming petals by making loops and tucking each end of the petal into the coil to secure it to the flower.

Step 4: Keep making petals, when you run out of your original pipe cleaner just connect a new one by twisting the ends together.

Step 5: I make my flowers with five petals. Tuck the last petal around the coil one or two times, and trim off the excess with a wire cutter.

Step 6: Grab your green pipe cleaners and twist a leaf into one of them.

Step 7: Take two more pipe cleaners and twist them together

Step 8: Twist your single leaf pipe cleaner into the two pipe cleaners you already twisted together.

Step 9: Stick the top of the stem through the end of the flower coil, bring it down and wrap the end tail around the stem.

And then your done!
