I heard about it in the news and while I personally had never bought any Reebok shoes or apparel, if you have you may be able to get some money back! If you purchased certain Reebok toning shoes and/or apparel from December 5th 2008 - October 12th 2011, you may be eligible to receive payment from this class action settlement. The lawsuit alleges that Reebok violated certain state laws regarding the marketing and sale of toning shoes and apparel. Reebok denies all wrongdoing. The court did not decide which side was right. Instead, the the parties have decided to settle.
Eligible Shoes include Easy Tone, RunTone, JumpTone, SlimTone, EasyTone Flip, TrainTone, and SimplyTone. Eligible Apparel includes EasyTone Capri, EasyTone Sleeveless Shirt, EasyTone Pants, EasyTone Long Bra Top and Easy Tone Short Sleeve Top.
