Lane Bryant: Holiday Fashion Fun: And Giveaway!!

    I had never shopped at a Lane Bryant before, but I was excited to try give it a go as a part of this campaign. I had a great experience! The store I went to was not in a mall but a little shopping center, and the employees were very attentive (starting me a dressing room, getting me different sizes, I don't shop at super nice places normally so the treatment was nice!) Plus, there were tons of cute clothes!  I ended up buying three things (which added up to way more than the $$$ provided for this post so you  can believe that I really did like what I found!!) and two of them are just PERFECT for the holidays. I love this fun little metallic sweater dress I bought:

(Don't mind the little polka dotted child - I was baby-sitting my niece haha. She liked the dress too!) I'm planning on wearing it Wednesday for my office's Holiday party. It's conservative enough to be professional, but the metallic sparkle makes it fun. I wasn't really sure what to style it with, until I saw this look from their website:

Loving it! Now someone gimmie that necklace. and oh lordie some spanxs too.   Edited to add: here's how I wore it! I stuck to the black theme with the accessories and thought it worked great!

  My other purchase is going to be GREAT for new years. Bring on the sparkle!!!

I think I might copy the styling on this one for New Years as well. What I like about this dress is that it's all sparkle and business in the front, but really its just on a cotton dress which is super comfy! So while I'm partying in the New Year I can still be cozy!!
